The intention is not to encourage you to fight an assailant, but to teach methods that can be used to escape or avoid one. In doing so, we hope to minimize panic and increase individual ability to recognize and respond quickly to the first signs of trouble.

The founders of Hands Off, Judy Houghton and Robin Webb, have a combined 35 years in teaching safety skills to the public. With their backgrounds in contact sports and martial arts, and their passion for social safety, Robin and Judy have spent years developing the award-winning Hands Off training programs.
